Yep, majanos. Get a syringe and some kalk and inject them asap.
Indefinite hiatus from sw aquariums.

Once I have my glorious return I'll set back up the following.
50 Gallon rimless cube.
180 Gallons mixed reef paradise

Thanks, I have a bunch of these invading everywhere... If I inject them, what do I have to worry as far as water parameters?

Also, is it effective to mechanically remove the small ones? Or should I just inject them all?
Thanks,

Wes

Not sure what you mean about mechanically removing them...

Feed them a really nice big meal so they can't retract into their holes...then inject them...then cover them with the kalk mix...then dump some nuclear waste on top for good measure.  Get them all now or you'll be fighting them forever.

They aren't going to pull out.  Try it...it won't work if they actually are majanos.  They don't have a skeleton, so they're pretty much just tissue.  They'll either retract into a hole or they'll just tear and smear if you try to grab them.  If you can somehow pull them out intact, then they aren't majanos.

The problem with mechanical removal is that if even the smallest bit of flesh is left behind it will grow back.

Aptasia X worked wonders on the Majano problem I had a few years back.
