Hey everyone, I am starting to get a Diatom Bloom in my tank, just started it about 10 days ago, so I figure that its time to start my clean up crew.  Here is what I was thinking

3 Nerite snails
3 Nasarrius snails
1 Emerald crab (Maybe Not, I hear they are mean)
3 Scarlet hermits
2 Mexican turbo snails

Do you think thats too little / too much?

And when should I get a cleaner shrimp if I want one?

Thanks!

I personally am not a hug fan of hermits. I'd switch those out for some ceriths. Those are my favorite snails. Throw a few astrea in as well just for diversity and remove the turbos. In a 14 those will be a huge issue with knocking everything over and will probably starve quickly.
None at the moment

I wouldn't be afraid to add an emerald they are usually just fine. I would do one scarlet or one electric blue hermit and add a couple more cerith like jwoo suggested.
Also be very carefull to not over feed the tank. It's hard to not over feed a lot of these small systems.
What?! You pooped in the refrigerator, and ate the entire wheel of cheese?! I'm not even mad.... That's actually amazing!
