Yes a Cleaner Wrasse will pick at Ich on a Lionfish,.... until the Lionfish invites him inside for dinner

Search here on this message board for "garlic" and you will find a new "miracle" cure for Ich!

Garlic does sound like the mirical cure all! My Lionfish will only eat live feeder shrimp. How is the best way to soak the shrimp? Will adding Kyolic from GNC or adding garlic powder to the water I keep them in do the trick or will it kill the shrimp?

The best way IMO is to inject the feeder with liquid garlic oil just before you feed the lion.  You can also feed your shrimp flake food soaked in garlic, but this doesn't work as well IMO.

You can inject it right into the shrimps belly with an insulin syringe!
It's called gut loading. I've never tried it, but I got a syringe if you
need one!
