I think my clown tang might me dying but i'm not sure and i'm open to suggestions as to how to save it. Yesterday i noticed him hiding under some rocks on the bottom of the tank (he's usually out swimming) kind of leaning against the rock resting on the sand. He was hard to see but i could see that he was hyperventilating like he'd ran a marathon. I couldn't see his body so i don't know if he has any spots of him. Any suggestions. I really don't want him to die. Thanks.

I would feed with some food soaked in garlic to start off until you can see what is up when he comes out.

What are your water parameters? Temp too high? Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate spike?

Do you have a hospital tank that you can move him to?  If not, maybe create one using a tote or a bucket?
