| No. But there was a guy who stuck a feather in his hat and called it macaroni.

It would be awesome! Either stag or elkhorn corals growing on it.
Who here was putting the alligator head in an aquarium. Remember that?

I googled after reading this.... just to see.... apparently LOTS of people had/have the same question. I didn't bother going into the search results for the answer but I bet a person could find whichever answer they were looking for there.

Have you seen Tanked? You can put anything you want in an aquarium as long as you coat it in enough sealant. I'll bet you wouldn't even need to do that with deer antlers unless you wanted to keep them breaking down over time.
A bunch of them in a tank could look like some kind of crazy awesome Tonga rock eventually.

One eventual problem I see with doing this is that the antlers may not look so cool when they start eroding and breaking down from the action of marine organisms. From Algae and Bacteria to Snails and Urchins they might be received as a source of food. The antlers would probably change to a dark color within a few months and like the alligator skull, cause unforeseen filtration problems. Bone is hard but it's still bone. Bone is mostly organic. That's why bones left out in the weather become very light and brittle. In a reef the process would be sped up and be a constant source of pollution, IMHO.

I have a rock that the Boise crowd made for me made of concrete and crushed coral. What if you used the antler as a base for something like this. That way it would be entombed in concrete and shouldn't cause problems as Mark mentioned. It would also get the look you are looking for much faster.

I might do it for the novelty of it but be prepared to remove the antlers and deal with the problem when I saw the tank turning bad.
