Does anybody have an easy conversion for epsom salts? Was using aquavitro ions 21ml twice a week to maintain my mag and was just curious what the equivalent dosage would be for epsom salts. Thanks

Well 100g crashed when I moved it. Starting a 50g cube now.

Great link.  If you are just talking Mg doseing visit CostCo.  They sell a box of plain epsom salt for around 6 bucks and a bag of icemelt that is MgCl for around 13 bucks and that should give you enought magnesium for a very long time.
