Who uses it? What brand/kind is best? What are your feelings on it? I always thought it was good for fresh water but never for salt water fish. But then I learned of someone that uses it and his fish look healthy and huge.

I use it. I've got several varieties from BSD.  This fish seem to love it!

I also feed frozen as well.

I am of the opinion that they are all pretty good (like Adam).  I like HBH because of the price.

I use a combination of BSD Deli Flakes, BSD Golden Pearls, Frozen Mysis shrimp, and BSD Tahitian Blend.  I also use Cyclop-eeze frozen on occasion.  I recently bought some Cyclop-eeze Wafer and was blown away by its nutritional values.  I'll be switching my flake food to the Wafer as soon as I'm out of the Deli Flake; for now I'll supplement with it.  My fish seem to be pretty happy with whatever I throw at them and I like the convenience.

I use a lot of flake.  Mostly BSD, But I'm currently using HBH and Prime Reef as well.  My fish have been happy and healthy on that diet for years now.  They also get a large variety of other dried and frozen food, but the staple is flake.
