I am wondering what type of anemones I have, here is a pic of the larger one which is only about 3" or so the other one that was the same size split into 3 so I now have a couple 1" ones as well.
Not the greatest pic I will try to get a better one tomorrow.

I agree. I think it is a bleached out green bta. It may take a while for it to build up zoozanthellae and zoochlorellae (the photosynthetic algaes in anemones that give them their color) but with the right light and conditions it will start to build color again.

I had a similar question.  I assume mine is the same, a GBTA, but he never gets the green tips either.  Below is a picture:

I think yours might be an LTA (Long tentacle anenome)

I have both in my tank, however I am still not certain that is what the this one is as it never has bubble tips.

It's a GBTA for sure. I've got a couple and they look identical. Some have a more greener flavor then other, and some lose there green completely and just go brow. As for the bubbles, they can go every which way. I've seen them look like little balloons, deflated balloons, to the point they looked like Bobc63's long tentacle anemone (without the curls though), or to short just like yours. Really they can look and change all over the place. When I get home I'll see if I can show you some of the changes my RBTA has made via pics, it's quite dramatic in both color, size, and bubbly tips.

Well I see the picture, but I don't know if anyone else can. This is my fav anemone but I don't know what it is. Its mouth area is about an inch an the tenticles are each about and inch to two inches. It has pretty sunburst anemone features by it's mouth, but I don't think that is what it is. My husband thinks it is a Mojong (or whatever the bad anemones are but we had some of those and they were super small)
