I didn't notice any corals listed.  Only thing I've heard is quite often they will camp out on your corals and prevent them from expanding and opening up.

Excellent preview of your tank parameters! This makes evaluation a snap.

I'm pretty sure the Watchman one of the gobies that burrows and then throws sand all over the place? They get quite large too. Unless I'm wrong, I wouldn't get it or otherwise be prepared to remove it when it got large or out of control.

In my humble opinion, 96 Watt Power Compacts will be too much light for a 10 gal unless you are planning to just keep acropora on the bottom or make it a high light tide pool.

Your list of livestock did not show any coral or algae . These organisms would help balance the ecosystem, a system which would be more sensitive to a sand throwing goby in a smaller tank.

Check out my 36 W PC lighted tank in Tank of the Month. This tank is near a south facing window so the amount of artificial lighting is a little less than would be recommended away from a window.

What type of watchman were you looking at getting?  There are many watchmans that stay very small (under 3"), but there others that get larger.  If you are looking at a small watchman I think they will do fine in your nano-reef.
