I have read of several people dosing strontium. If you are dosing strontium are you checking it? If so what test kits do you recommend?

I don't usually test for it, but I do dose twice weekly.

Do you just keep with the recommended doses? Thats how I dose iodine, because i've read testing for iodine is hard and inaccurate.

I do just go with the recommended dose. I dose Iodide as well, but I do test for it every now and again.
