I already emailed Neptune on the issue but they sometimes take forever so I figured I would ask here just in case as well. My old energy bar cut out on me so I bought a new one and it has been working great for the first few weeks. Just recently though it has not been powering up. It will be fine one day and then the next day it doesn't do anything and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to my battery backup. The only things I have plugged into it are my lights(250 metal halides) and a heater. I haven't done the firmware update yet because well i'm pretty stupid when it comes to that and don't want to mess it up. Will probably try tonight. Anyone have the same issue before?

Also, I've found that the best time to call them is 10:00 am our time.  They are extremely helpful on the phone and will walk you through any problems.

Thanks, yea I've been looking there for about an hour or so, but I can't seem to find anything related to my issue. I emailed neptune as well. I'll plan on calling them tomorrow around that time though. Thanks

I had a hard time getting some issues fixed with my Apex over last several weeks. Even when theyI tried to help me it was useless I had to search all over the Internet and spend hours trying to find the solutions. Although they kept saying was do a firmware update and then when I would do that they said I didn't do the firmware update correctly when I actually did do it correctly. I would say go to the firmware update see what it does because it solved the one of my issues when I did that.

I will have to play around with it some tonight. I called them today and they were kinda helpful. I need to install it on my new computer and then do the firmware update. What is stupid though is I have unplugged my lights and put them on a different controller and my apex works just fine now. So hopefully the update will help, because I bought the stupid thing to control lights and such.
