Has anyone looked into this kind of setup?

I realize that its probably a repo'ed marijuana light but I found that link on reefcentral.  The guy never got back to say how it had worked or anything.  The site doesn't currently have any packages like that one for auction but they do have lots of 1000 watt ballasts and reflectors.  Any thoughts?

With shipping the guy said it came to about $70.

Quick update:  Went back to reefcentral and apparently its running good for the guy who set it up.  But he's running it over a prop tank with 8 inches of water!!  That's more light than even Adam would probably want.

Well depending on the bulb you get, I'd still add some blue light to it.
