My hairy mushroom slowly climbed up a rock next to my torch coral. The torch is bugged and i wonder if anyone has any suggestions on how to get my hairy mushroom to move.

Face a direct stream from a powerhead at it... may take a day or two, but that should do it.

Quickly slice it or cut it off with scissors, cut it in several pieces and let it grow new clones in a bowl type container of rubble at the bottom of the tank.
