i picked up a 70w mh se, now my plans are to rip out the pcs and replace it with this light. is there anyway to do this, btw its a 24jbj with stock hood. or am i going to have to switch it to a double ended bulb? with the glass piece in it? anybody have experiance doing this?

I think the 4x24's would keep the temps down.  in the stock hood.  I had a 70w mh but it was in a sunpod that didnt seem to affect temps, but if it was right on the water it might have caused issues

Check out Nanotuners.com. They have complete retro kits for Metal Halide, LED and other lighting options.

yea i checked them out already. i have a workhorse 5 ballast on it right now i can run up to 5xt5 or i have a 70w mh as well.

not trying to send you to another site... but go onto nano-reef.com, talk with evilc66... he just got brought onto nanocustoms.com and knows his stuff about lighting AIOs, and also on there they have alot of people that have done stuff like this to their nanos
