Has anyone ever seen a living sand dollar for sale? I have been looking on-line and didn't find any.

Don't buy one.  They slowly starve and die within a year.  They have a horrible track record, which is why you don't see them for sale (even thought they are abundant and easy to collect).

There were a lot of sand dollars in Japan.  That's where I learned to SCUBA dive.  They're interesting creatures.

Sure, no prob.  Damon's grandpa is 84 years old, a Master Diver, loves to teach.  Still dives!  I think it would be very fun to teach people to dive.  More fun than teaching statistics.... blech!!

The club has put together a scuba certification class before.  We even had a local dive store come for a club meeting.  Also, we have some club members who work at dive stores, so I think it is definately possible and probable that we'll have another club class.
Sadly, the interest was hyped before, but few followed through.
