I just installed my Mag 700 ( in line) and noticed it's way more noisy than I had hoped for.  Has any one else had the same problem? And has anyone came up with a good solution?  I was thinking of getting some sound board or foam to keep the noise down, is this a good Idea?

How is the pump attached to your plumbing? How is it situated in your stand/sump? At the last meeting Anthony Calfo talked about quieting down pumps, he talked about connecting them to plumbing by using soft bendable tubing. He also mentioned hanging them from brass chains. I believe he mentioned a few other things, but I don't remember them.

I'd use bungee cords.  I think they work great.

Come to a meeting, they’re fun!
