So a lil over a week ago I added a pair of Anthias. They were eating 3 times a day ,active and cruising all the time. Last night they both hid and died within hours of each other , I immediately check all params and everything was fine. I started with BRS reef saver rock so it wasnt from there. I have added a bunch of coral and I dipped and inspected everything before adding . All other fish are fine. As I was removing the second fatality I noticed something on my sand , my girlfriend said she saw it fall from the fishes "exit hole" , (charming for sure) so i removed it and thought at first of a bristle worm but no matter where I placed it on me it never would sting me . Any idea if it was from the fish ? And what the heck is it called ?

That's just a bristleworm cleaning up the remains. Unfortunately a lot of diseases can kill fish that quickly, especially if the disease starts in the gills. Sorry for your loss.
