Hey I have read a bunch of different stuff on duncans some saying they prefer strong light and high flow others saying the opposite and everything in between. What have you all found to be best?

5 gallon bucket with a flashlight over it...just kidding. In all seriousness, mine have had absolutely no preference. They just keep on growing. I currently have them in medium flow, mediumish light (about 250 PAR).

Same Same Med flow and in the lower half of the tank. 
This is more than a hobby; its a lifestyle.
