With it being hot my ATO reservoir is emptying pretty dang fast and id like to be notified when it empties.  On my ATO system i have a low switch and a high switch.. is there a code I can enter on the low switch say if it stays open for more than 10 minutes then have it notify me by email to let me know that my ATO reservoir is empty. something like

Email_alrm
If switch1 open > 10:00 then ON (tried but doesnt work)

any suggestions would be awesome

You could try installing another float switch that is solely for this purpose. Put it even lower in the reservoir and have it notify you if it's open at all.

Yeah, i was trying to avoid adding another float if possible, i figured it would be easier to piggy back on my existing one but getting another one may be my only option if it wont let me.. haha im just looking for a easy solution
