I just bought a used AI sol white last week, and suddenly yesterday the blues stopped working. I have done a reset on the controller but nothing. All whites work fine. Oddly When I try and turn the blues up or down it controls the whites instead, but the whites control fine on their side. Is this a controller issue?

Anyone near Bountiful have a spare controller I can try?

What controller model is it? Are you sure it's set to control a sol white not a sol blue?

Ann it is the controller I got from you. It worked fine for a week then started acting up. I tried setting it to blue then back to white and did a factory reset after each attempt. Even plugging it in without the controller gives me only whites.

That's very weird. It never had problems for me. Is there any chance it got wet?

I dont think so. I pulled it apart just to be sure, it was dry and clean inside with no noticeable issues

Way to help out DMower.  I have a situation where coming up there isn't an option, we agree to a  price and then when I ASK if you can swing it by on your way through one day you say $70 firm pick up only.  I would have gladly paid you for your trip.

I've helped out a lot of people in this hobby over the years, glad to see it comes back around when I need help with something

You're right. My bad. I should sell it to you for $45 and deliver it to you. That makes more sense. I do know you can order one on line and have it delivered to your door.   Do you need to borrow my credit card? Best regards.
