What would you recommend for a larger tank? 150+ gallon tank.

A couple of Gyre XF150's. I have a large frag tank and one easily reaches the other end at 90%. Granted, its only 12 inches so you would need a couple of a taller tank.

I literally have every single pump out there on the market right now.  I hated the noise of the MP's, but now that they have the quiet drives, IMO they are the best pump on the market.  If you're trying to save money, go for the Jebao.  They push like a fire hose and push farther than the MP's, the only thing I don't like is that they don't have the undertow and over tow that the MP's have.  They are not even remotely the same pump.   I do like my Gyres, but one of them has come apart already and I'm in the middle of an exchange with Coral Vue.  I do hate the cords on the Gyres, WPs and RWs because they are all in the water. And the MP's?  They are just over priced and expensive.  The build quality is, however the best of all of my pumps.

I love Jebao but this new Aqua Medic pump is suppsed to be the same but better. They apparently took all the flaws and fixed them .
