I'll probably just trim back the birdsnest. But this Nem and birdsnest are about to have issues with each other. How would you solve this? Move the Nem or hack the sps back?

Well the anemone can move alot even over the course of one day so hacking it back may not solve the issue. I would wait until the anemone is on the move and you see the foot inflated, then you can just pull it right off the rock.
If you are having trouble making it move you can try a powerhead. In my experience I have shot at them and they didn't move until after I shut it off so something to consider is get a heavy current in between the sps and anem and a type of curtain.
However if you do end up trimming, I'm interested in a frag of that birds nest!
That's what I would do

That nem has been in that spot for four months it's not going anywhere haha. Got it when it was the size of a dime but the birdsnest is growing very fast. I was just wanting to hear how others did it. I'll probably be trimming that side back so the Nem doesn't sting it then I'll have some frags for people.

You can put some sort of barrier between them as well.

Hmm, that is a very good idea. I just need some thing between them that won't stop the flow to the birdsnest.

I've used a piece of plastic (like a cut piece of tupaware) with small slits or holes in it (like a hole punch hole).
