To start off no I did not get a picture it hid too quickly once I turned on my light.  With that said I saw a 1 to 2 inch tentacle looking thing in one of my rocks.  It was Brownish.  I first thought that it was part of my  birds nest coral until it starting moving and when I tried to get a better look it retracted/hid in the rocks.  I have not been able to get it to come back out to try and get a pic but I will keep looking.  But any suggestions as to what it could be (I know there are probably thousands of things) would be appreciated.  Like I said I will keep the camera by my tank and takea pic as soon as I see it again?

I think I have the same thing, mine comes out at night and is remarkably strong. When it extends itself it looks like it has "fingers" at the end of its body and will move rubble around. That's how I know it's strong. It has yet to bother my fish or coral.

Ok so the one I first originally posted on I have not been able to see again.  However in looking for it I did come across another one I think might be the same thing that I saw a few times last night and once tonight.  It looks as though it lives in a small hole in one of my ricks and then comes out at night.  Holes size is maybe 1/16th of an inch about the size of the tip of a ball point pen.  It extends out approximately up to 1 inch or so.  looks almost white with a brown tip.  Doesnt seem to be hurting anything just kind of rummages around looking for stuff to eat (I assume).

That has the color and shape of what is commonly called a Peanut Worm. If it retracts in on itself, it probably is just that.
