Hey wait a minute, do I know you? Big smile

Seriously, just cut it... Will it "root" again after I cut it, my friend wants it?

Wes, yes you do know me. from the fresh water site and the one we tried to start. any way yep just cut it. I use either a needle and thread or a rubber band to attach the new frag to a piece of rubble. Needle and thread; just like a button right through the frag and around the rubble piece. Rubber band; right around the rubble and frag, the rubber band will eventually degrade and fall off, get it out of the tank. The thread will depend on the type, most will degrade as well. If it fails then do what m.ash said, tell it you don't like it and want it gone. :)
