Little serpintine starfish, bad?

I'm starting to see some little, what I think might be serpintine starfish in my tank and was wondering if they are bad.  They have what looks like tiny hair like black and white legs.  The legs look like the hairs on the green serpintine starfishes legs?  Let me know about these, should I be worried?

Um. Hey Mike? That starfish seems to be missing most of three limbs. Do we need to report you for cruelty or was it a true accident?

I don't think any of us have actually looked THAT close at them.  LOL

The original is twice that size. I had to really shrink it down to post here.Confused
