Lets play what is it.

I have a couple of these "worms" in one of my rocks, it doesn't like the light so its hard to take a a photo of.  This is the only on I could get.
 
Is it bad?
 
Is a 125 gal. tank a good starter tank?

I email them and they say it is a peanut worm and it is not bad in the tank
