Hi guys. Today i have found anemone's tentacle on a sand. Is anybody knows what can be the reason?

They just do that sometimes. Its nothing to worry about. Is that one anemone or two? If its one, it looks like its about to split Thumbs Up

Sometimes the clowns can be a bit aggressive and tear one off or even another fish swimming by get a hold of one. By the looks of the anemone he should be fine.

I would say it depends on alot of factors, but that one looks great. Its kind of hard to tell, but in the first pic it looks like there are 2 "clusters" of tenticles? Is there a 2nd mouth starting to form? The last time mine split, it split into 3. Bonus Smile

Its likely as Eric suggests.  I've seen anemone fish do this in preparation to spawn.  They seem to "prune" the anemone in some way to create the right location for the eggs. 

How many clowns are hosting within this anemone?

There are 3 of them. The biggest one is wild caught and 2 smaller are captive breed. But all of them are almost of the same size.
