I tried my hand at a group order and it can be a very daunting task. Would it be possible to get some general guidlines and tips from people who have successfully organized them and from people who have successfully participated in them in order to make it go a bit easier? I'm not suggesting that WMAS sponsor anything, but there's got to be some things that work in making sure the order goes over smoothly, such as:
A friendly reminder that sometimes people change minds and not to get upset-- or conversely, a friendly reminder that things don't always work out and you might not get your order in on time and not to be upset
Make sure all details are ironed out with dealer before posting to forum (I was guilty of that one...

)
How long or how short (basically which is the most efficient) the wait time should be until the order goes through
Lists of reputable WMAS friendly dealers on a variety of different options (salt, lights, fish, coral, clams, etc...)
Anyway. Again, I think this is a good suggestion because it doesn't encumber WMAS in any way. The Presidency isn't responsible for group orders but if you are aware of someone who has successfully conducted them in the past, maybe they have some good info to share. I know I could use it the next time I decide to spear head an order from someone.
