Are Cerith snails known to propogate in the tank?  I bought a bunch and seem to have a new spread of eggs every other day.

If you count them, you will find about 10,000 eggs in a 6 inch ribbon.

I generally find a new ribbon or two of Cerith eggs after a water change.
