"Noob" question.  Do Acans normally eat crabs?  I got up this morning and there were crab legs sticking out of my Acan (oooh! that does not sound good does it).  Maybe I need to feed it better?

It is possible that it was eating a crab's molt and not the crab itself.  I would think a crab could easily evade a hungry Acan.

I think you are right.  I don't know how it could have caught the crab.  Although another wierd thing is that there was trenching (drag marks?) all over in the sand around the Acan.  Anyway, I guess I better get that acan something to eat either way.

Thanks for your help!
