What is the best way to revive my digitata? I had it under inadequate lighting for a week or so and it died off in a few small places. I would say 9/10s of it is fine, but there are some small spots that are just white. What's the best way to revive it? Its pretty high up in my tank near pretty strong currents. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

I would assume it will come back with time and the right lighting.

Well should I keep it higher up for a while?

So I put it pretty close to the top of the water. It has some good flow too. But could my LEDs be too bright for it? Are there any supplements I could be adding to help with the recovery?

they might be but i dont know of a way to tell until it starts not looking good. any supplement for a reef tank would help out. the Aquavitro fuel is a very good product to help with coral recovery and growth

It's hard to tell right now if the positioning is too high. It could be that the light is too bright, or its worse than I thought and can now see the damage done under brighter lighting. I guess I'll lower it a bit to the middle of the tank and started fueling it.

So, a little update. I noticed that there is some definite dead spots on the coral, but there is a white crust that is either receding or growing (its hard to tell in such a short time). I have had it up close to the top of the water for the last week. The orange polyps are extending during the day, which I think, and hope, is a good sign. I know that it takes a long time to see any growth with these corals, but what is a reasonable guess as to when I'll see some improvement? 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, a year?
