CAN I ACCLIMATE GHOST SHRIMP TO LIVE IN A SALTWATER TANK?  I THINK THEY WOULD LOOK COOL IN MY REEF

From my experience they only live a week or two as well.

the ones i have done took servral hours to do and did not live more then a week.

There was a german on seahorses.org that had them for months.  Don't know what he did though.

why not get salt water ghost shrimp. I have them live in my refugium more than a year now. they spawn but I have not see any of them grown.

I used to do this every week. I found if I drip acclimated them over about twelve hours I got the best survival rates, but even then 5-10% croaked, then they'd survive about two weeks, no matter what the conditions, and then all die.

Ditto.  I've tried acclimating over several hours (not 12) and they die within 24-48 hours.  My mantis eats them anyway
