MH ballast has started to hum\buzz recently

I have a MH 250watt Hamilton ballast that has started to hum/buzz quite loudly lately, I noticed it when I came home the other day.

I am considering ordering a new ballast. 

Is there an easy \ cheap way to repair\ quite this thing down?

Minded the exact same thing with my lights are just getting ready to come on if one of my bulbs don't turn on and then I get a loud humming are buzzing sound
I currently have a 24 gallon JBJ all in one tank has two powerheads a phosphate reactor with the small bubble skimmer it is also powered by 2 X165 W LEDs and as a mixed reef

CED on 9th west and around 20th South has ballasts in stock so you don't need to wait for shipping. They even price matched Amazon for me :D
