With the recent acquisition of some nice zoanthid frags in a recent trade, I also got a Salifert iodine test kit, and after testing my water, found my iodide and iodate levels are low. My question is what is the best way to raise my iodine levels? Lugols, an iodine supplement, etc.?

LAst time i went to buy lugos from l f s ,Some one bought ALL OF IT!!!! But it truly is awsome! The bottle gives you drop per gal instructions.
WHAT KINDA GUM????... Give em 2 sticks.
