Topic: Living Art Aquarium in St George? Posted: August 19 2010 at 12:50pm |
Does anyone know what happened. I stopped by the store and it is closed and when I call the phone number it says the mailbox is full. Hopefully I don't have to start driving hours to get stuff or shopping online.

They often close up if they want to take some time off. I'd check again later.
What are you looking for?
When I was living there, I created a good list of local hobbyists and we purchased stuff together for a discount. There are a few locals that grow coral. Give me a call and I'll put you in touch with them.

I believe Tracy was just barely hanging on when I left a year ago, so it wouldn't surprise me if he had to close. So now maybe Chance, Laynce, Aaron and the others can put together the old group and do well. BTW, I have tubs of Utah Sand and some Utah Rock/LBTR out in Washington Fields for anyone wanting it.

Haha, here is the REAL story:
Due to our lease being up and our landlord not willing to work with us on lowering our lease rate to the standard around town at this time I refused to sign another 5 year lease with him.
We are in the process of securing another space near the old store (down by costco). You can still reach us at our email address: [email protected] Or by cell phone (pm me for my number) Anyone who was on our email list got the email about what was happening, if you send us an email at that email address we will add you to our list so you will get emails letting you know about the new location. We still do our drygoods orders twice a month, at deeply discounted rates.

The REAL story is better than my silly babbling. Hey Tracy. Donna and I wish you the best. That location was okay but I have a feeling that you can find an even better one. A sign on the door telling the REAL story would sure help.

We had a sign up and sent emails, problem is the second we were out the landlord removed the sign. Good new is I have got the new place lined up and we are very close to getting started on the build out, We hope to be back up and running by October 1st.

There's a new store in Cedar City. They are new and struggling to make it work but it's local

Coming along nicely :) I'm really excited about the new place, lots of fun stuff going on. A little behind schedule. Still probably a month from being finished.
