Hello I am starting up a 125 gallon predator aquarium 60x18x26. The fish I had in mind were:
1 large angel
1 bluthroat trigger
1 golden puffer
1 Harlequin tusk
1 tang- either orange shoulder, chevron
My question is am I overstocked? Also do you have any comments about the fish or any suggestions for the type of angel and or tang to put in? Thank you!

Welcome smazzuca 34! Those are some pretty big fish and a large bioload. I've not kept any of them. Hopefully someone who has will chime in soon.

Depending on the filtration system that you choose and also depending on your maintanence schedule you should be fine.  What type of Angel are you thinking?  I have kept a lot of differnt species of large angels, so PM me if you would like some suggestions.

I would just suggest caution and that you plan to get a bigger tank or are willing to part with the fish if they get too big.  The golden puffer can get up to 19" long and the trigger up to 9" long.  Not to mention that those are some aggressive fish and they may not all get along.  (it will vary fish to fish though)  Other than that, a good filtration system and frequent cleaning would be recommended.

I am looking at a Maculosus, Queen, or French. Which ever one is easier Any other Angel or fish suggestions would be much appreciated.  Also I will be doing a 15-20% waterchange a week. Also, what filtration would you suggest?

well my agressive tank riht now consists of porcuepine puffer, huma trigger, niger trigger, and a snowflake eel, coming soon is a banded cat shark, dogface puffer, and another trigger of some sort i think... anyway right now its a 55gal and is running on a hob filter and 1 powerhead. that will be changing soon. but lots of snails and hermits keeps the tank happy.
pitiful guppy tank.

Well I have decided no to go with the blue throat trigger. As far as the angel I have narrowed it down to either a French or a Queen? Which one is hardier? also, as far as filtartion I am going to use 2 Emperor 400 filters which would give me a turnover rate of 800 GPH. Also, I am going to use the Tunze DOC 9010 protein skimmer. Moreover, in place of the trigger I was thinking of adding both the tangs I mentioned earlier.Lastly, which order would you add the fish into the aquarium? Thank you and any suggestions or criticism would be much appreciated!!

You should do real well with that selection.
The Queen angel is a great pet along with your selection of trigger fish.
I always liked the Emperor angel fish to go with the Queen.
Emperor angles have always been my favorite, a bit aggressive.

Blue Throat Triggers are mellow pets, they get along with most fish. I would reccommend getting one of these as a medium juvi.
Considered reef safe, the Bluejaw Triggerfish will not nip at corals. It will virtually ignore sessile invertebrates but larger Bluejaw Triggerfish may likely eat ornamental shrimp, even if the shrimp is added prior to the Triggerfishes introduction. Prone to spitting water out of the tank top to attract possible treats. Be sure to cover any open wiring.

The most agressive of triggers is the Undulate stripped trigger.
These triggers have purple, green, yellow, and orange colors for the flashings. It is the most aggressive trigger fish known to have as a pet. You cannot have any other fish with this soul solitary species of trigger.

The Florida Queen triggers are great for an all round showing
Triggers are great preds, they have real good personalities and can be quite entertaining.
Good luck with your pred tank, it should be stunning once up and rolling.
