Personally I just use RO water and a towel, but you can use windex if your real careful and ensure none gets into the tank. ------------- Rocky Phillips Hill AFB, Utah Currently Tankless :( |

I use windex, but I spray it onto a paper towel away from the tank,
actually in the laundry room where the windex is. I've always
done it like this, and have never had a problem. Vinegar is safe
in small amounts, so you could use that.

I use RO water, the use my magnet float to polish it up. Works pretty well.
