I am going to be setting up a 210 gallon reef tank and I was needing some advise as to when I can transfer all of my livestock that I already have?And what would be the best way? I am going from a 56 to a 210 so I didnt know if it would kill my livestock or not.

just seed the 210 with a cup of sand and some water from a water change from your 56 gallon, the rest depends on how live the rest of your new rock is.
