Scratch removal help
I moved to Utah, and to get anothe reef going purchased a 65 gallon acrylic tank for a pretty good deal. I have no yet seen the tank I am picking it up next week. I however need some help. It apparently is pretty scratched. I've read quite a few things on how to repair acrylic but can't decide whether to go the sand paper route or polish route. I will have time to repair this without any water in it. |

I did the sand, but if I had it to do again I would get a 7" polisher
and get the 3 different pastes from regional supply and let the machine

Yikes. The only thing i read about using the machine is you have to be very careful as you can go too deep in spots. ? |

I really appreciate the help. I dont' wnat to screw it up. I am picking up the tank on thursday the 18th and probably wont be in til late. are you available on the weekend at all?

You do need to be careful. I have a couple meltdown spots, but it
was because I got impatient and pushed too hard. If you let the
machine do the work it is quite easy.
