Looks like a mythrax spp. Look at the tips of his claws... Look like flat(kinda spoon-like)? Generally they are not too harmful, but are opportunistic feeders. They seem more intent to feed on algea and detritus as well as uneaten foods.

leviwin, where did you buy your LR??

reptoreef, yes, they are spoon-like and kind of flat.  I'm not worried about him hurting anything yet...  he's body is about the size of a penny, maybe a little smaller.  If he does become a problem in the future, he will be refuge bound...

pmpt, I think I will name him SPIKE

Argh I hate hitch hickers. I got a redish cream color
crab, a MANTIS SHRIMP, and those little worms that
eat softies on my LR. I got rid of them all but one the
crab. I dont know if he is harmless I just see him
when Im lookin for copepods I will try and get a
picture. I just had to get the really live stuff.

leviwin, mine came from Fish 4 U.  I'll have to find out the origin.

Josh, I love hitchikers... well, the good ones anyway.

Travis you'll have to tell me when you find out where the rock is
from. I'm not sure I never asked and I think it is too late to ask. I
bought it about a year and a half ago.
