Looks like a mythrax spp. Look at the tips of his claws... Look like flat(kinda spoon-like)? Generally they are not too harmful, but are opportunistic feeders. They seem more intent to feed on algea and detritus as well as uneaten foods. ------------- www.captivereefing.com |

leviwin, where did you buy your LR?? reptoreef, yes, they are spoon-like and kind of flat. I'm not worried about him hurting anything yet... he's body is about the size of a penny, maybe a little smaller. If he does become a problem in the future, he will be refuge bound... pmpt, I think I will name him SPIKE |

Argh I hate hitch hickers. I got a redish cream color
crab, a MANTIS SHRIMP, and those little worms that eat softies on my LR. I got rid of them all but one the crab. I dont know if he is harmless I just see him when Im lookin for copepods I will try and get a picture.
