What is the rule on water depth on frag tank? I will be running a 250 w mh 20K in a reflector Dimensions: 19.5" x 19.5" x 9" . I want to maximize growth and was thinking 9-10" water depth. What are your sugestions?

I usually like 12-18" gives plenty of room for growth as well as larger coral colonies.

SInce setting this shallow tank up with a 250 w MH I am seeing very rapid growth out of my sps. They are 8" below water line.
