Hi all,

I'm in the process of moving from my house. I've been planning moving my aquarium tomorrow afternoon. After two days of moving the rest of my house, I'm exhausted and don't think I can do the aquarium by myself. It's a 72 gallon with a 30 gal sump. I have a ton of water containers, will pick up a few more buckets in the morning.

I live in West Jordan at about 4800 west and 7800 south. My new apartment is about a mile away.

If anyone is available to help, I'd be willing to smoke some pulled pork later this summer as payment..

Text me at 801-709-9642

Thanks in advance!

Sorry I missed this but sadly I don't always check the boards everyday. If you still need help let us know.

I got it done.. Was up till 2 am getting water back into the tank. I had to make a run to walmart to get a new hose clamp. It went pretty smooth, but just took longer that I expected. Was also clearing the rest of the stuff out of the house.. We are in temporary housing at the moment and will be moving in the next 1-2 months. I will post well in advance next time. Plus there shouldn't be as tight of a deadline. Thanks for your willingness to help.

Glad you got it moved. Reminds me of a suggestion I've wanted to make...maybe a list of people that wouldn't mind getting random texts for tank help. Probably best used for an emergency but something where people could sign up to help in the event of a tank leak/crash/move soft of a thing.

Best of luck with the rest of the move.

~John

Aloha,

I'm usually unavailable on Sunday, but with a couple days advance notice, posted here on the forum, I can help any other day of the week.
