Great minds are thinking alike. I just answered a PM from "jason" about when GSL BS start showing up. The typical season is May through October. The early hatches don't result in a huge population but by June there are times when we can find BS pretty dense so it's easy to get plenty.

Here is a link to some good info and pics of GSL BS: http://utahreefs.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=65968" rel="nofollow - http://utahreefs.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=65968

Don't these look delicious?

so I went out to the lake today since  was already in slc for the reef tour.   there are napi in the lake I say a good 4 to 6 weeks and there will be collectible amounts.  the ranger said 3 weeks at the current temps there will be collectible amounts but to get amounts large amounts late may or first of june as mark said.  I was surprised how green the water is right now. it is warm too about 50 degrees

Does this mean we should be taking trips out to the GSL here now?
