I'm wondering if I can still use my tank, or if it's going to explode on me when I full it up. I patched the crack and I'm wondering if it's enouph. Any advice on this would help    ------------- Justin Hull |

| I think it will blow out I wouldn't chance it. If you really want to know if it will hold though drag it outside and fill it up with water and see what happens. |

Even if it holds initially, is it going to be worth the stress of wondering if and when its going to give in? Not worth it IMO. Get a new tank

I think it will eventually fail and the sealant probably isn't reef/fish safe anyway. I would, at the very least, replace the whole sheet of glass or even better, the whole tank. -------------  |

Get a new tank.  ------------- 150 gal reef with 50 gal sump. Reef Octopus DCS-200 Skimmer. AI Sol Blues. |
