Super aggressive clownfish?

Hey everyone, so I have a clown fish who is been super aggressive to all other fish. After awhile of him picking on and nibbling on fins I decided to move him since he's the aggressor. I made the transfer over to another tank and right from the start its the same thing. He's picking and nibbling at every fish in this tank. Any ideas as to why he might be doing this and hoe to get him to stop.

Is it a maroon clown? Maybe try to put a mirror next to the tank.

They're aggressive.
