I've recently came into possesion of 125 gallon tank. It'll be a couple months before it's set-up, but I know I'm going to need a couple 6' vho bulbs and was wondering where other's buy them? The best price I could find was at www.hellolights.com - www.hellolights.com at $35/bulb, but there's an additional $25 shipping charge unless you order 6 or more bulbs. Are there two (or more) other's here who need bulbs? We could pool together and save shipping.

Jon - I just called Ryan at Aquatic Dreams and he has them for $39/bulb. Let me know if you want I could pick them up.

When they sent me my fixture they sent two bulbs installed in the light already saving me added shipping. They didnt send the bulbs seperate like Live Aquaria did when I got a Hamilton Retrofit. If you are getting a fixture and bulbs since you didnt specify...this might solve your problem. Dont know what to tell you beyond that later down the road...I am in the same boat here too with my 125. Unfortunately I am the only one that I know of in the area using VHO so the only alternative is to drive for three hours ( one way) and hope to god they have what I need.
