How are people hooking up there redsea ozone units to an asm g3 skimmer?

I did it before by a t fitting to the venturi line but I'm not sure if that is correct. Also I had an air pump with it now do I still need 1 its been a few years since I last installed it. Help would be appreciated.

I have one to a g3 and one to a g4. Both were plumbed in to the air line with a automotive "t"  vacume fitting. I run air pumps on both.

It takes a lot of pressure to go through the air dryer (if your using one) If you not a smaller one will work. Relying on the skimmer to pull it through  wont work. If your not using an air dryer then a smaller one would work. I would still use a large one though to make sure all ozone possible can make it to the skimmer.

Sounds good thanks. Now do I need an air dryer if the unit is out side the sump area? Or do you think i'll be ok with out one.
