    Posted: September 22 2015 at 9:49pm
Hey everyone. I'm trying to figure out how to setup apex fusion on my android? I had it setup so if I was on the wifi I could use it to see the system. But as soon as I'm on mobile data I no longer receive information. Does anyone know how to set this up or perhaps have a good step by step guide?

Thank you!

Try asking the question in their forum. I'm sure you will get your answer there.

My app only works at home for some reason. If I'm on regular browser on fusion site it works perfectly.

Or you could ask the man who basically 'invented' all the APEX programming himself - since Terence will be at the Reef Fest in just 3 MORE DAYS:

The android app requires you to forward ports on your router in order to gain access to the Apex when not on your home network. Fusion, however, can be used anytime and on any connection without forwarding ports. Just setup a shortcut to https://apexfusion.com/apex in your phone browser. You can even make it an icon on your launcher to save a step.

Both of these configurations are covered in huge detail on the Neptune forums mentioned in th efirst reply. Read up and then choose your preferred method.

Neptune Systems is also really helpful when you call them.  They've spent hours on the phone with me trouble shooting my Apex.
