I currently have 2 Helfrichi Firefish, 1 Filamented Flasher Wrasse, 1 Blue Spot, 1 Exquisite Fairy Wrasse, 1 Diamond Goby & 1 Mystery Wrasse. They all get along great.
I am working on getting 1 McCoskers Flasher Wrasse, 1 Pacific Redstripe & possibly a Rhomboid Fairy Wrasse. Does any one see any problem with adding a Yellow Eye Kole Tang? I do not want to have problems with compatibility and have to remove fish once in the tank.

Absolutely no problem at all. Kole Tangs are great community fishes. The Wrasses will pretty much leave the Kole alone because in the wild they eat totally different foods. No need for any special acclimation. The usual 10-20 minutes in a container where water is being exchanged will work fine. But when you go to lift it out be careful to keep your hand flat with the other hand cupped and covering the fish. If what I am saying about acclimation is not familiar, go below to the Tips about adding a new fish.

That said, it's very important to provide plenty of algae for a new herbivorous fish. Allow some Caulerpa to grow in the display tank. Kole Tangs sometimes suck algae off the glass. For 3-5 days before adding it, refrain from scraping algae off 1 or 2 sides of the glass, so the new fish will have plenty to eat while it is getting accustomed to the new tank.

Thanks for the info.

All my fish have been added in the last two weeks.

If you recall Mark, I have mentioned in other threads how I don't keep snails or crabs. Since I have gotten rid of all my previous fish (such as my yellow tang and coral beauty) I have had some algae start growing on the back glass, which I never clean. I was hoping the Kole Tang could clean house. I grow Caulerpa in my refugium, if needed I could throw some in the display.

I get those cute little triangles all the time from my Kole eating algea off the glass.  As said above - he's a model citizen.

Our Kole Tang has been a great addition to the tank. He is still a little shy when others walk by. I remember the "kiss" marks from way back, when we had a Lawnmower Blenny. Fortunately our Kole eats frozen food already. Besides some Hair Algae and some brown and green glass algae on the back of the tank, not much more for him to munch on. I will probably add some grape macro from the sump.

This thread made me start to miss my Yellow Eye, he disappeared about a year ago when I went out of town... So, I picked a big beautiful new one at Aquatica today! So far he's eating like crazy and my other tangs don't even seem to mind having a new friend!
