So, everyone was saying they loved the peach cobbler and that they wanted the recipe. Rather than go though an explanation 20 times I decided just to post the recipe. It is SUPER easy, and tasty too.

Not exact directions, but you can figure it out.

-Canned Peaches, drain juices. Enough to fill a glass pan about half way up.
-Yellow Cake Mix, you want to cover the peaches with about 1/2" of cake mix.
-Butter, I used Smart Balance Lite, for all of us that need to maintain our girlish figures. You want to slice thinly and place thin tabs all over the top, the spread some when melted, so leave 1/2 spaces between slices.
-Cinnamon, you want to sprinkle lightly over top.

Place in oven at 350 for 45 minutes, or until golden brown on top.

Glad everyone liked it. It was one of my favorite deserts growing up and it is super easy to make. Let me know how it goes.

Mods feel free to move this if it isn't in the appropriate category.

Hey, hey, hey  I've got to earn money somehow to support my bad habits.
Besides, the weather is too hot, I'm sitting in the lobby right now and it hasto be 75% outside.  Man, the suffering I go thru to put food on the table.

Glad everyone liked it. It was one of my favorites growing up and I still love it. My girlfriend grew up with a mother that was a "health nut" so she doesn't like the cobbler. She says that I make it wrong and it is supposed to have granola on top, so its good to hear that others like it just the way it is.
